Common use of Career and Technology Studies Clause in Contracts

Career and Technology Studies. 3.5.1 The Chief Superintendent of Schools or delegated authority shall have discretionary power to place, on any step of the basic salary schedule in the category determined by the Teacher Salary Qualifications Board, any teacher who is recruited from industry to teach programs in Career and Technology Studies, providing the teacher has successfully completed the teacher training courses provided by the universities of Alberta or their equivalents, in the opinion of the Chief Superintendent or delegated authority.
