Common use of CARGO AGENTS Clause in Contracts

CARGO AGENTS. (a) For the purpose of this Agreement, all Cargo Agents (Freight Forwarders and Indirect Air Carriers) appointed in the territory assigned to the General Sales Agent, shall be deemed as agents appointed by General Sales Agent, except in the case of agents who are specifically identified by Airlines as having been appointed by the Airlines.
