(a) In the event Cornerstone hires a Motor Carrier who is a drayman to transport the shipment to and from a rail yard, cargo loss and damage claims which occur while the freight is under the control and possession of the draymen, will be subject to 49 USC 14706 Xxxxxxx Amendment; (
