Cargo Quantity Limitation. In no case shall the cargo exceed what the Vessel(s) can reasonably stow and carry, in the judgment of the Master, over and above the space and burthen necessary for ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s Officers and crew, her cabin, tackle, apparel, furniture, provisions, fresh water, stores, necessary ballast and fuel (sufficient space to be left in the tanks to provide for the expansion of cargo) and, in any case, not in excess of the quantity permitted by the minimum freeboard permitted for the specific voyages and always consistent with safe drafts at the loading/discharging port(s)/place(s).
