CARPET AND BASE. All leased office floor area shall be glue down carpet, 30 oz. Cut pile or 26 oz. Level loop carpet in color as selected by the tenant from samples provided by landlord. 4" vinyl cove base shall be installed at all vertical faces in selected color.
CARPET AND BASE. All leased office floor area shall be glue-down building standard carpet. 4" vinyl cove base shall be installed at all vertical faces in selected color. Tenant shall select carpet and wall base colors from building standard options or indicate that expansion suite is to match (or as close as possible) the existing suite finish colors and patterns.
CARPET AND BASE. Building Standard carpet in the color as selected by Lessee from Lessor's selection, limited to one (1) color in each contiguous area, Building Standard toeless base in the color selected by Lessee from Lessor's building standard selection (but which shall be limited to one (1) color in each contiguous area), 4" at perimeter of all areas.
CARPET AND BASE. Install wall-to-wall carpeting and four-inch high vinyl cove base. Tenant will select from Building Standard selection to be supplied by Landlord. Landlord to furnish and install new Vinyl Composite Tile flooring in the Lunch Room as designated on Exhibit B. Tenant will select from selection supplied by Landlord.
