Common use of Carried by Landlord Clause in Contracts

Carried by Landlord. Landlord shall also maintain liability insurance described in Paragraph 8.2(a) above, in addition to and not in lieu of, the insurance required to be maintained by Tenant except coverage for pollution liability, premises pollution, on site and off site, including release of any pollutants, toxins, or contaminants, whether such release is sudden or prolonged or willful or accidental, shall only be carried solely by Tenant. Tenant shall not be named as an additional insured therein.
