Catch-Up Contributions In the case of a Traditional IRA Owner who is age 50 or older by the close of the taxable year, the annual cash contribution limit is increased by $1,000 for any taxable year beginning in 2006 and years thereafter.
Employer Contributions 8.1 Rates at which the Employer shall contribute for each hour of work performed on behalf of each employee employed under the terms of this Agreement are contained in the Appendices attached to and forming part of this Agreement.
Additional Contributions The Member is not required to make any additional capital contribution to the Company. However, the Member may at any time make additional capital contributions to the Company in cash or other property.
Charitable Contributions Make any charitable or similar contributions, except in amounts not to exceed five thousand dollars ($5,000) individually, and twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) in the aggregate.
Initial Contributions The Members initially shall contribute to the Company capital as described in Schedule 2 attached to this Agreement.
Contributions Without creating any rights in favor of any third party, the Member may, from time to time, make contributions of cash or property to the capital of the Company, but shall have no obligation to do so.
Equity Contributions Make, or permit any Significant Subsidiary to make, any equity contributions to any Unregulated Subsidiary; provided, however, that this Section 5.03(h) shall not restrict or otherwise apply to (i) any such equity contributions that are required by Applicable Law or court order or (ii) any intercompany advances made to any Unregulated Subsidiary (including, without limitation, pursuant to the Unregulated Money Pool Agreement) that are recharacterized by a court or other Governmental Authority as equity contributions.
Matching Contributions The Employer will make matching contributions in accordance with the formula(s) elected in Part II of this Adoption Agreement Section 3.01.
