Carrying Devices. The protective cases provided with devices have sufficient padding to protect the device from normal treatment and provide a suitable means for carrying the device within the school. The guidelines below should be followed: • Devices should always be within the protective case provided by the District. • No other items should be stored or carried within the device case to avoid pressure and weight on the screen.

Carrying Devices. A protective carrying case is required to carry the device at all times. A case will be offered to the student for purchase to use with their Chromebook. Students must use a backpack specifically designed for laptops (with reinforced padding around the laptop section). Students should exercise proper methods for carrying their device while it is outside of its case as well.
Carrying Devices. The device should be carried securely when it is outside of a school bag. Please be cautious when placing books, folders, pens, pencils and other items near or on your device. Avoid placing too much pressure and weight on the screen. Never place your device on the bottom of other items.

These required cases for these devices must have sufficient padding to protect the front and back and corners of the device from normal treatment and provide a suitable means for carrying the device within the school. Screen Care The all device can be damaged if subjected to rough treatment. The screens are particularly sensitive to damage from excessive pressure on the screen. ● Do not lean on the top of the device when it is closed. ● Do not place anything near the device that could put pressure on the screen. ● Do not place anything in the carrying case that will press against the cover. ● Clean the screen with a soft, dry cloth or anti-static cloth.
