Carryover Contributions. If in any year the Royalty Payments actually paid by JDS to Banner exceed the Minimum Royalty Payment required for that year, the excess amount shall be credited in the immediately following year solely to the extent needed to allow JDS to achieve the Minimum Royalty Payment.
