Case and Gender Sample Clauses

The 'Case and Gender' clause defines how grammatical case and gender are to be interpreted and applied within the context of the agreement. It typically clarifies that references to individuals or entities in the contract should be understood as including all relevant grammatical cases (such as nominative, accusative, etc.) and both masculine and feminine genders, regardless of the specific form used in the text. This ensures that the contract is inclusive and avoids ambiguity, making it clear that terms apply equally to all parties regardless of gender or grammatical case, thereby promoting clarity and preventing misinterpretation.
