In addition, the Attorney will be assigned Petitions to Revoke Probation with a PDO conflict, Rule 33s from change of plea, and includes preliminary hearings. B. Conflicts: To accommodate the Court and reduce expense to counsel, conflicts will be assigned to another contract Attorney. In cases requiring reassignment due to a breakdown in attorney-client relationships, successor counsel may transfer to the conflicting Attorney, a case of his/her choice.
