Case by Case Basis with Mutual Agreement. On a case-by-case basis with mutual agreement between Monterey Peninsula College Teachers Association and the District, any bargaining unit member may donate accumulated and unused eligible leave credits to another bargaining unit member when that bargaining unit member suffers from a catastrophic illness or injury.
