Common use of CASE G2 Clause in Contracts

CASE G2. the costs do NOT fulfil the conditions of Article 6.2.A.2. The costs can NOT be declared as ‘personnel costs’. However, they may be eligible under another budget category:  if the contract covers tasks described in Annex 1: as ‘direct costs of subcontracting’ (Articles 6.2.B and 13) or  as ‘costs of other goods and services’ (Articles 6.2.D.3 and 10). The beneficiary must award the contracts ensuring best value for money and avoiding any conflict of interests (see Articles 10 and 13).
