Case Plan Sample Clauses

Case Plan. A court ordered, written document that, at a minimum, specifies the type of home in which a Xxxxxx Child/Non-Minor Dependent (NMD) shall be placed, the safety of that home, and the appropriateness of that home to meet the Xxxxxx Child’s/NMD’s needs.
Case Plan. A court ordered, written document that, at a minimum, 20 specifies the type of home in which a Xxxxxx Youth/NMD shall be placed, the 21 safety of that home, and the appropriateness of that home to meet the Xxxxxx 22 Youth’s/NMD’s needs.
Case Plan. DCFS shall file at least 10 days before hearing; upon filing provide copies to counsel by mail/email and unrepresented parties by certified mail/email per Article 674. Any party may file written response.

The case plan should be documented and kept for records.

Case Plan. A Case Plan shall be completed initially within thirty (30) calendar days from CTS.
