Common use of Case Plan Clause in Contracts

Case Plan. A court ordered, written document that, at a minimum, specifies the type of home in which a Xxxxxx Child/Non-Minor Dependent (NMD) shall be placed, the safety of that home, and the appropriateness of that home to meet the Xxxxxx Child’s/NMD’s needs.

Case Plan. A court ordered, written document that, at a minimum, specifies the type 24 of home in which a Xxxxxx Child/Non-Minor Dependent (NMD) shall be placed, the safety of that 25 home, and the appropriateness of that home to meet the Xxxxxx Child’s/NMD’s needs.
