Case Purchased Contracts. The Initial Case Purchase Price is payable as follows: (i) partially in cash on the Closing Date, and (ii) the remainder shall be deemed to have been paid by CNHCR to Case Credit and returned by Case Credit to CNHCR as a contribution to capital.
