Common use of CASH ALLOCATIONS AFTER THE YEAR-END Clause in Contracts

CASH ALLOCATIONS AFTER THE YEAR-END. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, (i) Net Cash generated after December 31, 1998 from operations of the Retained Business (regardless of whether the Distribution has occurred) shall be retained by Hilton, (ii) Net Cash generated after December 31, 1998 from operations of the Gaming Business (regardless of whether the Distribution has occurred) shall be retained by Gaming Co, and (iii) in the event the Distribution has not occurred by December 31, 1998, the allocations of cash set forth in Section 2.07(a) shall be made as of December 31, 1998.
