CASH ALLOCATIONS AFTER THE YEAR-END. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, (i) Net Cash generated after December 31, 1998 from operations of the Mississippi Business (regardless of whether the Distribution has occurred) shall be retained by Company; (ii) Net Cash generated after December 31, 1998 from operations of the Non-Mississippi Business (regardless of whether the Distribution has occurred) shall be retained by Lakes; and (iii) the allocations of cash set forth in Section 2.08 (a) shall be made as of December 31, 1998.
