Cash Available for Distribution. Except as otherwise provided in Section 16 hereof (relating to the dissolution of the Company), any distribution of the Cash Available for Distribution of any Series during any Fiscal Year shall, at such times and in such amounts as the Series Managers of such Series determine is appropriate, in their sole discretion, be made to the Members associated with such Series in proportion to such Members’ respective Percentage Interests in such Series.
