% Cash Back Programme Clause Samples
% Cash Back Programme. 12.2.1 Subject to the terms herein, Principal Cardmember and Supplementary Cardmember will be entitled to 10% Cash Back on their first (1st) usage on retail spending BUT excluding cash withdrawal transactions and / or any Pre-Authorisation Transaction.
12.2.2 For Supplementary Cardmember, the 10% Cash Back is only applicable to the first (1st) Supplementary Cardmember only.
12.2.3 The maximum capping for the 10% Cash Back is Ringgit Malaysia Twenty (RM 20.00) for Principal Cardmember and Ringgit Malaysia Ten (RM 10.00) for Supplementary Cardmember.
12.2.4 The Cash Back received by the eligible Cardmember will be credited into the Designated Account on monthly basis not later than Ten (10th) of the next following month.
% Cash Back Programme. 12.3.1 Subject to the terms herein, Principal Cardmember will be entitled to 0.5% Cash Back capped at Ringgit Malaysia 50 (RM50) monthly for each transaction of Ringgit Malaysia One (RM1.00) in respect of purchases made with the Principal Card except transactions fall under the following categories:
a. Government Services – MCC 9211, 9222, 9223, 9311, 9399, 9402, 9405
b. Utilities – MCC 4900
c. E-Wallet Top-ups
d. Payment via JomPay and Financial Payment Exchange (FPX)
e. Cash Withdrawals
f. Refunded, disputed, unauthorized or fraudulent retail transactions.
12.3.2 Supplementary Cardmember is not entitled for this 0.5% Cash Back programme.
12.3.3 KFH Malaysia shall modify or alter the percentage of Cash Back awarded for each RM1.00 transacted on the Card with prior notice to the Cardmember by giving twenty one days (21) calendar days notice to Cardmember.
12.3.4 No Cash Back will be awarded in respect of any cash withdrawal utilizing the Card from the Account.
12.3.5 The Cash Back will be credited into the Designated Account on a monthly basis not later than Ten (10th ) of the following month.
12.3.6 No Cash Back will be awarded upon the cancellation of the Card or during an inactive card status as determined by KFH Malaysia.
12.3.7 KFH Malaysia may deduct or cancel any Cash Back from any Cardmember or Designated Account who have commited of suspected of commiting any fraudulent, wrongful or unlawful acts in relation to KFH Debit Card-i.
12.3.8 KFH Malaysia shall not be responsible or liable for any inconvenience, loss or damage suffered by a Cardmember as a consequence of, and without limitation to the followings: -
a. Any malfunction, defect or error in any card terminal or other systems of authorisation howsoever caused resulting in a failure to determine the total Cash Back in any Card account or a failure to effect or complete any Transaction; or
b. Any delay or inability on the part of KFH Malaysia to perform any of its obligations pursuant to this Agreement as a result of any electronic, mechanical, system, data processing or telecommunication defect or failure, or any other event outside the control of KFH Malaysia.
12.3.9 KFH Malaysia may amend, alter, cancel or replace the Reward Programme with alternative customer loyalty programme deemed suitable by KFH Malaysia by giving the Cardmember twenty one (21) calendar days notice.
% Cash Back Programme. 2.1 The 0.8% Cash Back Programme is only applicable to the BSN-AIAFAM Visa Platinum Cardholder with active and good conduct of account where the Principal Cardholder have selected to enroll in the 0.8% Cash Back Programme upon signing the card application form. Other Credit Cardholders issued by BSN shall not be entitled to the 0.8% Cash Back Programme unless otherwise determined by BSN.
2.2 Subject to the terms herein, the eligibility criteria for 0.8% Cash Back Programme are as follows:-
(a) Cash Back is rewarded to the Cardholder for AIAFAM Insurance Premium transactions only (which exclude AIAFAM Insurance Premium transactions under 12 months Zero Interest Plan Programme);
(b) the Cash Back is accumulated on a monthly basis according to the date of the monthly cycle;
(c) there is no maximum Cash Back limit calculated per month;
(d) BSN shall allocate the Cash Back to the Cardholder based on the Principal Cardholder, which are not blocked, cancelled or terminated by BSN;
(e) Cash Back awarded shall not be transferable to any third party and not exchangeable for cash, credit or any kind until the Cash Back Programme ends;
(f) no reward point will be granted for AIAFAM Insurance Premium transaction who subscribed for the Cash Back Programme; and
(g) the Cardholder is not allowed to change the reward programmes from Cash Back Programme to ZIP Programme.
2.3 BSN reserves the right at its sole and absolute discretion to vary, modify and/or amend the Cash Back percentages of the Card at any time by posting on website or any other manner deemed fit by BSN by providing the Cardholder at least twenty-one (21) days prior notice before such variation, modification and/or amendment is effected. 2.4 BSN shall not be responsible or liable for any inconvenience, loss or damage suffered by the Cardholder in consequence of, including but not limited to, the following:-
(a) any malfunction, defect or error in any card terminal or other systems of authorisation, howsoever caused resulting in a failure to determine the total Cash Back in the Card Account or a failure to effect or complete any transaction; or
(b) any delay or inability on the part of BSN to perform any of its obligations pursuant to this Agreement and/or the BSN Visa/MasterCard Cardholder Agreement as a result of any electronic, mechanical, system, data processing or telecommunication defect or failure, or any other event outside the control of BSN.

% Cash Back Programme. (“Programme”)
(a) Cardholders of the WISE Card (“Cardholder”) will be awarded with 10 cash back (“Cash Back”), subject to Clause 2 and 3 of the terms and conditions herein, with a minimum spend of RM2,000 on Eligible Retail Transactions (as defined in Clause 3 (a) herein) which are posted to the Cardholder’s Statement in respect of Eligible Retail Transactions charged to the WISE Card and falling under the categories as mentioned below:
i. two (2) Spend Categories as elected and enrolled under this Programme by the Cardholder pursuant to Clause 1 (b) herein; and
ii. the Bonus Category as described in Clause 1 (c) herein.
(b) The Cardholder may enroll up to a maximum of two (2) Spend Categories (“Enrolments”) from the options made available to the Cardholder as listed in the table below or as notified by HLB from time to time :

12.3.8 KFH Malaysia shall not be responsible or liable for any inconvenience, loss or damage suffered by a Cardmember as a consequence of, and without limitation to the followings: -
a. Any malfunction, defect or error in any card terminal or other systems of authorisation howsoever caused resulting in a failure to determine the total Cash Back in any Card account or a failure to effect or complete any Transaction; or
b. Any delay or inability on the part of KFH Malaysia to perform any of its obligations pursuant to this Agreement as a result of any electronic, mechanical, system, data processing or telecommunication defect or failure, or any other event outside the control of KFH Malaysia.
