At or prior to 5:00 p.m., New York time (or such later time as the Administrative Agent shall reasonably agree in its sole discretion), on each Business Day during the Waiver Period, deliver to the Administrative Agent a report in form reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent setting forth the aggregate amount of Unrestricted Cash of the Loan Parties as of the close of business on the prior Business Day.
