Common use of Cash Collateral Account Surpluses Clause in Contracts

Cash Collateral Account Surpluses. In the event that the Class A/B Cash Collateral Account Surplus on any Distribution Date (or, after the Class A/B Letter of Credit Termination Date, on any date) is greater than zero, the Trustee, acting in accordance with the written instructions of the Administrator, shall withdraw from the Class A/B Cash Collateral Account an amount equal to the Class A/B Cash Collateral Account Surplus and shall pay such amount: first, to the Series 2012-3 Letter of Credit Providers to the extent of any unreimbursed drawings with respect to any Class A/B Letters of Credit under the related Series 2012-3 Reimbursement Agreement, for application in accordance with the provisions of the related Series 2012-3 Reimbursement Agreement, and, second, to ABRCF any remaining amount. In the event that the Class C Cash Collateral Account Surplus on any Distribution Date (or, after the Class C Letter of Credit Termination Date, on any date) is greater than zero, the Trustee, acting in accordance with the written instructions of the Administrator, shall withdraw from the Class C Cash Collateral Account an amount equal to the Class C Cash Collateral Account Surplus and shall pay such amount: first, to the Series 2012-3 Letter of Credit Providers to the extent of any unreimbursed drawings with respect to any Class C Letters of Credit under the related Series 2012-3 Reimbursement Agreement, for application in accordance with the provisions of the related Series 2012-3 Reimbursement Agreement, and, second, to ABRCF any remaining amount.
