Common use of Cash Collateral Accounts Clause in Contracts

Cash Collateral Accounts. On or prior to the Closing Date, there shall be established with the Administrative Agent a collateral account in the name of the Administrative Agent (the "Cash Collateral Account"), into which the appropriate Credit Parties shall from time to time deposit amounts pursuant to the express provisions of this Credit Agreement requiring or permitting such deposits. Except to the extent otherwise provided in this Article 11, the Cash Collateral Account shall be under the sole dominion and control of the Administrative Agent.

Cash Collateral Accounts. On or prior to the Closing Date, there shall be established with the Administrative Agent a collateral account in the name of the Administrative Agent (the "“Cash Collateral Account"”), into which the appropriate Credit Parties shall from time to time deposit amounts pursuant to the express provisions of this Credit Agreement requiring or permitting such deposits. Except to the extent otherwise provided in this Article 1112, the Cash Collateral Account Accounts shall be under the sole dominion and control of the Administrative Agent.
