Common use of Cash Consideration Clause in Contracts

Cash Consideration. The sum of Six Million Five Hundred Eighty-Five Thousand Three Hundred Thirty-Six and 00/100s Dollars ($6,585,336.00) (including the Deposit and Extension Fee (if applicable)), subject to adjustment as provided in Article 9, shall be HNZW/482196_1.doc (Longview)/4232-13 deposited into escrow with the Escrow Agent by wire transfer of immediately available funds and released to Seller at the Closing.
