Cash Limit. We may impose a cash limit on your Account which may be less than your Credit Limit. A cash limit is an amount that is not in addition to your Credit Limit; it is a separate cash limit within your Credit Limit. Cash Advances (and the types of transactions mentioned in the definition of Cash Advance) are the only type of transactions that count towards your cash limit. The cash limit and available cash as of the last day of your statement period will be indicated on your monthly statement. We may change the cash limit at any time without prior notice.
Cash Limit. The cash limit is the total amount you are authorized to withdraw each day from your deposit accounts at ATMs using your Debit Card. Please note that some ATMs may not be able to dispense the full amount of your cash limit in a single transaction, in which case you may need to perform more than one transaction in order to withdraw that full amount.

Cash Limit. Cause or permit SunPower Philippines Manufacturing, Ltd.’s cash, cash equivalents and marketable securities at any time to exceed an aggregate of Twenty-five Million Dollars ($25,000,000.00).”
12. Section 6.1(g) is hereby deleted in its entirety, and following substituted therefore:
Cash Limit. Borrower shall certify to Agent that prior to, and after giving effect to, such borrowing or issuance, Unrestricted Cash of Borrower shall not exceed $5,000,000 for more than three (3) consecutive Business Days. Each borrowing by Borrower and each submission of a Facility L/C Application under this Agreement shall constitute a representation and warranty by Borrower as of the date of such borrowing or submission of such Facility L/C Application that the conditions contained in the foregoing paragraphs of this Section 5.2 have been satisfied.
Cash Limit for loss of money valuing in excess of two hundred and fifty pounds (GBP250) or one hundred and fifty pounds (GBP150) if aged under eighteen (18) years old.
Cash Limit. Cause or permit SunPower Philippines Manufacturing, Ltd.’s cash, cash equivalents and marketable securities at any time to exceed an aggregate of Twenty Million Dollars ($20,000,000.00).
Cash Limit. No more than Ten Thousand and 00/100 ($10,000.00) Dollars in total may be paid in cash to MIDDD to pay all, or any part of the Purchase Price.
Cash Limit. ATM and EFTPOS The maximum total amount of cash advances you can obtain with cards through ATMs, and cash you can obtain from linked accounts through ATMs and EFTPOS, on any one day is shown in the Letter Schedule (that is, this is the maximum total of cash advances and cash that can be obtained from linked accounts for each cardholder). Terminals may have different transaction limits. This means that you may have to make two or more transactions to reach your daily limit.
Cash Limit. The proration calculations provided for in this Section 2.2, and the calculation provided for in this Section 2.2(d), shall be applied iteratively so that the total amount of cash paid to holders of Company Common Stock on account of the Merger, including cash paid in lieu of fractional shares and cash payable in respect of Dissenting Shares (the “Cash Limit”), shall be as close as practicable to 60% of the sum of (i) the Cash Limit, (ii) the number of shares of Parent Class A Stock to be issued in the Merger multiplied by the VWAP of such a share on the trading day that immediately precedes the Closing Date and (iii) the number of shares of Parent Class B Stock to be issued in the Merger multiplied by the VWAP of such a share on the trading day that immediately precedes the Closing Date. For purposes of the foregoing and Section 2.6(a), (x) cash payable in respect of a Dissenting Share shall be deemed to equal the greater of (i) $100 and (ii) an amount equal to the Class A Exchange Ratio multiplied by the Average Parent Class A Stock Price, and (y) the total amount of Merger Consideration payable to the holders of the No Election Shares and the composition thereof, including the total number of shares of Parent Class A Stock and Parent Class B Stock to be issued to such holders, and the amount of cash to be paid in lieu of fractional shares thereto, shall be deemed to be the amounts thereof that Parent and the Company reasonably estimate on the Closing Date.
