Common use of Cash-Pay Treatments Only Clause in Contracts

Cash-Pay Treatments Only. The Xperience+ Program offers patients rewards only for “cash-pay” aesthetic treatments. Customer represents, warrants, and covenants that: (i) per Section 18 hereof, it will not make any claim for reimbursement to any government or private third-party payer for any Xperience+ Program treatments; (ii) it will not submit any reimbursement claim to Xxxx under the Xperience+ Program for any aesthetic product or treatment that has been provided to Customer at no cost.
