Common use of Cash Performance Bonus Clause in Contracts

Cash Performance Bonus. The Company shall pay the Employee bonus compensation of up to one year's base salary (which base salary shall not be less than $65,000 per year) in an amount to be decided by the Company's Compensation Committee and approved by the Board, payable annually, no later than March 31 of each year during the Employment Period. Such performance bonus compensation shall be based upon, inter alia, yearly objectives mutually agreed upon by and between the Employee and the Company.

The Company shall pay the Employee Employee, in consideration of the Employee's experience in building value via the establishment of strategic alliances and relationships, bonus compensation of up to one year's base salary (which base salary shall not be less than $65,000 360,643 per year) in an amount to be decided by the Company's Compensation Committee and approved by the Board, payable annually, no later than March 31 of each year during the Employment Period. Such performance bonus compensation shall be based upon, inter alia, yearly objectives mutually agreed upon by and between the Employee and the CompanyBoard.
