Common use of CASUAL AND EXTRA HELPERS Clause in Contracts

CASUAL AND EXTRA HELPERS. A subcommittee consisting of an equal number of representatives of the Employer Association and the Unions may be convened to dis- cuss problems in the employment of casual and extra helpers and to establish rules and regulations covering such employment if either party makes such a request. The Unions shall have the option of re- ferring to the grievance procedure for settlement of any issues that the subcommittee cannot settle on the use of casuals.
