Common use of Casualties or Taking of Property Clause in Contracts

Casualties or Taking of Property. Except as disclosed on Exhibit VI under the heading "Casualties," except as would not result in a Material Adverse Effect, neither the business nor any Property of the Borrower has been materially adversely affected as a result of any fire, explosion, earthquake, flood, drought, windstorm, accident, strike or other labor disturbance, embargo, requisition or taking of Property, or cancellation of contracts, permits, or concessions by any Governmental Authority, riot, activities of armed forces, or acts of God.

Casualties or Taking of Property. Except as disclosed set forth on Exhibit VI under the heading "“Casualties," except as would not result in a Material Adverse Effect”, since December 31, 2014, neither the business nor any Property of the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries has been materially adversely affected as a result of any fire, explosion, earthquake, flood, drought, windstorm, accident, strike or other labor disturbance, embargo, requisition or of taking of Property, Property or cancellation of contracts, permits, permits or concessions by any Governmental Authority, riot, activities of armed forces, forces or acts of God.
