Common use of Casualties or Taking of Property Clause in Contracts

Casualties or Taking of Property. Except as disclosed on Exhibit -------------------------------- VI under the heading "Casualties," except as would not result in a Material Adverse Effect, neither the business nor any Property of the Borrower has been materially adversely affected as a result of any fire, explosion, earthquake, flood, drought, windstorm, accident, strike or other labor disturbance, embargo, requisition or taking of Property, or cancellation of contracts, permits, or concessions by any Governmental Authority, riot, activities of armed forces, or acts of God.

Except as would not have a Material Adverse Effect, or as disclosed on Exhibit -------------------------------- VI IV under the heading "Casualties," except as would not result in a Material Adverse Effectsince June 30, 1997, neither the business nor any Property of the any Borrower has been materially adversely affected as a result of any fire, explosion, earthquake, flood, drought, windstorm, accident, strike or other labor disturbance, embargo, requisition or taking of Property, or cancellation of contracts, permits, or concessions by any Governmental Authority, riot, activities of armed forces, or acts of God.
