Common use of Casualty and Other Insurance Clause in Contracts

Casualty and Other Insurance. Tenant shall carry during the Demised Term fire and extended coverage insurance on the Demised Premises. Tenant shall provide Landlord with certificates of insurance showing that all insurance is effective, payable to Landlord and Tenant (as their respective interests appear) and not cancelable without ten (10) days' prior written notice to Landlord. Tenant shall name Landlord as an additional insured.
