Casualty Damage or Destruction. A. In case of any damage to or destruction of the buildings, structures, fixtures and equipment, or any other improvements, on or at the Premises, or any part thereof, Tenant shall promptly give written notice thereof to Landlord, generally describing the nature and extent of such damage and/or destruction.
