Common use of Casualty Payments Clause in Contracts

Casualty Payments. (g) Retainable Deposits; (h) Servicer Advances, if any, in respect of the related Due Period; (i) any amounts paid by the Counterparty to the Issuer pursuant to the Swap Documents; (j) Termination Payments to the extent the Issuer does not reinvest such Termination Payments in Additional Leases; (k) proceeds received for redemption of the Notes pursuant to Section 2.01(b); (l) payments received from the Insurer pursuant to Section 3.07; and (m) to the extent there occurs an Available Funds Shortfall, funds, if any, on deposit in the Reserve Account after making any distribution in respect of such Payment Date from the Reserve Account to the Collection Account on account of investment earnings pursuant to the first sentence of Section 3.04(b).
