Catalog Inserts & Packaging Onserts Sample Clauses

Catalog Inserts & Packaging Onserts. At Client’s cost for materials (but excluding costs for labor or other EFS charges), EFS agrees to include up to two (2) inserts per month in each of the Catalogs and up to two (2) onserts per month in all outgoing Merchandise packaging, promoting Client products and services and/or those of Client’s affiliates, Licensees or sponsors. Client shall be responsible for all creative and printing costs associated with such inserts and onserts. EFS may include onserts in product packaging but only with the prior written approval of Client, not to be unreasonably withheld.
