Catalog Requirements Clause Samples
The Catalog Requirements clause sets out the standards and specifications that a product or service catalog must meet within a contractual relationship. It typically details the format, content, and frequency of catalog updates, and may require the inclusion of specific product information, pricing, or compliance with certain industry standards. By clearly defining these requirements, the clause ensures that both parties have a mutual understanding of what the catalog should contain, thereby reducing misunderstandings and facilitating smooth transactions.
Catalog Requirements. There is no requirement for an MFMP line item or punch-out catalog in this Contract.
Catalog Requirements. 10.1 If the Parties agree to maintain an electronic catalog under this Exhibit G, the requirements of this Section will apply.
10.2 If Supplier provides links in the electronic catalog to pictures and graphics for catalog items, Supplier will house these pictures and graphics on its own web server unless otherwise agreed upon. Supplier will provide a listing of all unique UNSPSC codes associated with Supplier’s catalog items. Supplier will provide adequate explanatory descriptions for each catalog item in the style requested by Sprint will enhance item descriptions as necessary. Supplier will not duplicate item descriptions regardless of the similarity of items. Supplier will provide Sprint at least forty-eight (48) hours’ prior written notice of any changes made to the catalog content including, without limitation, contractually required pricing and UNSPSC codes, on Supplier’s Punch Out accessible website. If Supplier fails to provide notice, in addition to any other remedies available to Sprint under this Exhibit G, Supplier will indemnify and defend Sprint for any loss, damage, or liability incurred in connection with the failure.
10.3 Supplier will maintain its Punch Out accessible website, including, without limitation, the pictures and graphics associated with each catalog item. Supplier must provide Sprint with forty-eight (48) hours advance notice of any site maintenance that could impact the usability of the site. Supplier must also notify Sprint immediately in the event of an unplanned outage providing cause, corrective action, and estimated down time
Catalog Requirements. Undergraduate students may graduate under the requirements in the catalog issue in effect at the time of their admission into the college or school from which they are seeking a degree. Students may also request to follow the requirements of a catalog that follows their admission year as long as the program name has not changed. If students transfer from one degree-granting college or program to another within the University, they must comply with the catalog requirements in effect at the time of their transfer. Notwithstanding the above, the University of New Mexico - Los Alamos reserves the right to make changes in the curricula and degree requirements as deemed necessary, with the changes being applicable to currently enrolled students.
