CATEGORIES OF SUMF. 4.1 SUMF Items specified in Schedule 2 as “Short Term SUMF” shall be supplied to the Purchaser by the Supplier on an initial short term basis upon the terms and for the period stated therein, provided that such term shall be automatically extended unless either Party elects to terminate the supply of a particular Short Term SUMF. Article 10 provides specific termination provisions for Short Term SUMF Items.
