CATERER’S RESPONSIBILITIES. (i) The Caterer shall be solely responsible to provide Services as mentioned herein and the Annexure-9 (pages 33-38), during the term of Agreement, without offering any excuse, on religious or other grounds such as shortage or failure of power, shortage of water, state of industrial relations in the establishment, etc.
