CATERER’S RESPONSIBILITIES. The Caterer shall be solely and wholly responsible to provide supplies/services as outlined above, under any circumstances, without offering any excuse, on religious or other grounds such as shortage or failure of power, shortage of water, state of Industrial Relations in the Establishment, etc. The Caterer shall make every endeavor to fulfill its commitments from within or from outside, to the entire satisfaction of the Air line, with particular emphasis on, timely departure.
