Catering Facilities.  The Contractor are not allowed to use the Employer’s dining facilities, unless a specific agreement has been made between the Contractor and Eskom Catering and Accommodation Services (ECAS).  The Contractor may buy take away meals from the fast foods outlet on Site.

The HC must take into account the prevailing weather and calculate requirements accordingly.

Organization shall not admit a larger number of persons than can safely and freely move about the Facility. Alamo Colleges District shall notify Organization of the recommended capacity of the Facility and all decisions of Alamo Colleges District concerning questions arising under this Paragraph shall be final.
