CAUSE, ETC. If the Executive’s employment is terminated by the Company for Cause during the Term, or if the Executive terminates his employment during the Term other than for Good Reason, the Company shall pay the Executive, in a lump-sum payment (subject to applicable taxes and withholding) not later than the next regularly scheduled pay period following the Date of Termination, the Accrued Obligations, and, following the Date of Termination, the Company shall provide the Executive with the Accrued Benefits as and when due.
