Cause for Revocation; Notice. If the Charter Schools Director becomes aware of circumstances that may provide cause for revocation of the Charter as set forth under Paragraph 16.4, the Charter Schools Director shall provide the Organizer with written notice of such circumstances and state a date, which shall not be less than fifteen (15) business days from the date of such notice, by which time the Organizer must respond in writing (a) showing cause why the Charter should not be revoked or (b) proposing to cure the condition.
