If Executive’s employment is terminated by Employer for Cause or by Executive other than for Good Reason, then Employer shall pay Executive, within five days following such Date of Termination, in a lump sum cash payment, the Accrued Amounts (other than annual bonuses with respect to which Executive did not satisfy the continued service requirements of Section 6(b)).
