Common use of Cause or Resignation Clause in Contracts

If Executive’s employment terminates under Paragraph 7(d) or (e), Executive shall receive (i) payment of any earned but unpaid Base Salary earned up to and including the date of termination, and (ii) reimbursement of any unreimbursed business expenses (together, the “Accrued Obligations”).
