Cause; Without Good Reason. If Executive’s employment shall be terminated by the Company for Cause, or if Executive terminates employment hereunder without Good Reason, the Company shall pay Executive Executive’s Base Salary through the final date of termination at the rate in effect at the time of the notice of termination, and neither the Executive nor the Company shall thereafter have any further obligations under this Agreement.
