CAW Efforts to Obtain Financing for the CAW Facilities. Subject to market conditions and when needed for CAW to timely comply with its obligations under this Agreement, CAW will obtain financing for the costs and expenses related to development, environmental and engineering evaluations, design, permitting and construction, testing and start-up of the CAW Facilities and administration and supervision of the foregoing. CAW will employ reasonable efforts to obtain the maximum, best available financing for the CAW Facilities.
