Common use of Cayman Island Courts Clause in Contracts

Cayman Island Courts. The courts of the Cayman Islands have jurisdiction to settle any disputes (a “Dispute”) arising out of, or connected with this Share Mortgage (including a dispute regarding the existence, validity or termination of this Share Mortgage or the consequences of its nullity) and each of the Chargor and the Issuer irrevocably submits to the jurisdiction of such courts. Each of the Chargor and the Issuer agrees that the process by which any proceedings in the Cayman Islands are begun may be served on it by being delivered to the Chargor at the address specified in Clause 14 above.

Each of the Chargor and the Issuer Company agrees that the process by which any proceedings in the Cayman Islands are begun may be served on it by being delivered to the Chargor at the address specified in Clause 14 aboveof the Share Mortgage.
