CBL/OP hereby represents and warrants to Property Owner that: (a) CBL/OP is not in a significantly disparate bargaining position in relation to Property Owner; (b) CBL/OP is represented by legal counsel in connection with the transaction contemplated by this Agreement; and (c) CBL/OP is acquiring the Property for business, commercial, investment or other similar purposes.
