CBO Project Manager. 6.2.1 The responsibilities of the CBO Project Manager include: meeting with the Contractor’s Project Manager on a regular basis; inspecting any and all tasks, deliverables, goods, services, or other work provided by or on behalf of the Contractor; and overseeing the day-to-day administration of this Agreement.
6.2.2 The CBO Project Manager is not authorized to make any changes in any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement and is not authorized to further obligate the County in any respect whatsoever.
