Common use of CC Skybridge Documentation Clause in Contracts

CC Skybridge Documentation. The copies of the CC Skybridge Agreement and CC Skybridge Xxxxxxx Xxxx Entitlements which have been delivered to Agent Bank in accordance with Section 3.15 are true and correct copies of the originals thereof. The CC Skybridge Agreement and CC Skybridge Xxxxxxx Xxxx Entitlements are each in full force and effect and have not been amended or otherwise modified except as set forth by documents delivered to Agent Bank in accordance with Section 3.15 or except as permitted under Section 5.25.

The CC Skybridge Agreement and CC Skybridge Xxxxxxx Xxxx Entitlements are each in full force and effect and have not been amended or otherwise modified except as set forth by documents delivered to the Administrative Agent Bank in accordance with Section 3.15 or pursuant to Schedule 3.01, except as permitted under Section 5.255.01(o).
