Common use of CCA Product Infringement Warranty and Indemnity Clause in Contracts

CCA Product Infringement Warranty and Indemnity. Seller warrants that all CCA Product will be delivered free of the rightful claim by any party for infringement of any patent or copyright or misappropriation of any trade secret covering the CCA Product or the process for manufacturing such CCA Product. Xxxxxx agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Buyer Indemnitee in any suit, claim or demand alleging infringement of any patent or copyright, and for misappropriation of any confidential information or trade secrets in the United States, in the country of source, and in the country of destination, based upon the sale or use of CCA Product supplied under this Contract.
