Common use of CCA Program Costs Clause in Contracts

CCA Program Costs. The Parties desire that, to the extent reasonably practicable, all costs incurred by the Authority that are directly or indirectly attributable to the provision of electric services under the CCA Program, including the establishment and maintenance of various reserve and performance funds, shall be recovered through charges to CCA customers receiving such electric services.

CCA Program Costs. The Parties desire that, to the extent reasonably practicable, that all costs incurred by the Authority that are directly or indirectly attributable to the provision of electric electric, conservation, efficiency, incentives, financing, or other services provided under the CCA Program, including but not limited to the establishment and maintenance of various reserve reserves and performance fundsfunds and administrative, accounting, legal, consulting, and other similar costs, shall be recovered through charges to CCA customers receiving such electric services, or from revenues from grants or other third-party sources.
